Crime Stoppers is looking for your anonymous information to help solve the report of an incident at a Robinson Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County address.
On Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 5:13 p.m., police received a call from a resident reporting a theft.
Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that on Saturday, February 2, 2019 between 4:45 p.m. and 5:10 p.m., an elderly female was pushing her walker along the sidewalk on Robinson Street when an unknown older black coloured model vehicle stopped on the roadway in front her. Two females exited the vehicle and approached the victim and began to remove a bracelet from her wrist, a necklace and the victim’s wedding ring. Both females then gave the victim two large gold chains and then fled to the vehicle which left the area in unknown direction.
The vehicle was described as an older modeled black coloured vehicle with a male driver.
The first female suspect is described as approximately five-feet tall with a darker skin complexion. The second female suspect is described as a dark skinned female.
The bracelet is described as a an emerald diamond yellow gold wrist bracelet with emerald and diamond squares encircling the entire wrist intermittently changing emerald diamond valued at approximately $2,200.
The necklace is described as a wide yellow gold heart shaped necklace, with diamond chips on the outline of a gold heart valued at approximately $700.
The wedding band is described as 65-years-old and is a wide yellow gold wedding band with diamond chips, embedded on the outer edge of the ring and circling the entire ring.
